Resident registration begins August 8 .

Nonresident registration begins August 29

Fees, Dates and Programs are subject to change. Due to social distancing, space will be limited, therefore, pre-registration is required. Face masks will be required for all programs unless you are engaging in a physically active program. Face masks will still be required when entering and exiting the building.

Registration for classes may be made in person, 340 Seaview Avenue, by phone 561-838-5485 or  click the Register Here button (Online registration ends when classes begin. Please call the main office at 561-838-5485 to register). All fees must be paid at the time of registration.

Please fill out and return the Participant Registration Form and COVID-19 Waiver to the instructor or main office prior to the first class.

Parent/Child Enrichment
These programs are designed to teach children the importance ofmusic class
physical activity,
helps babies develop communication, gross and fine motor skills and teaches socialization. It's also a great way for parents to get out of the house and connect with others.

Parent/Child Programs will return the week of September 12. Programs listings and registration dates will be available in August.

Tot Tumbling   Parent/Child

Gold Coast Gymnastics encourages tots to explore their natural physical movement, gain socialization opportunities and develop self-awareness through movement, music and interaction in this parent/child program.

Mondays 3:00-3:45pm ages walkers- 3 years

Parent Child Fitness Classes

Mommy & Me Yoga & Core Flow Tuesdays 11:00-11:45am

 All ages and fitness levels welcome for this stretch, balance, core, and relaxation class.  A little less structured than our traditional yoga classes but you can still expect to stretch the entire body, with an added focus on core strength and stability.  Crawlers or those who have trouble keeping still are encouraged to come in strollers or with appropriate distractions.

Mommy & Me  Bodyweight Bootcamp    Wednesdays 11:00-11:45am

All ages and fitness levels welcome for this fun, zoo-themed workout.  Think squats, lunges, animal movements & more. Lift your littles or get big kids building strength and endurance working out alongside you!  Simple intervals will help your toddlers build counting skills, helping you count down work and rest periods.

Enrichment Classes
Join fellow recreation enthusiasts and learn a new language, find your inner creativity or hone a skill.
Participating in leisure and recreation activities can help you better manage stress and reduce depression and help balance your social, mental and physical health.

Enrichment Programs will begin the week of October 3 .

Italian       VIRTUAL           begins October 3

Laura Antonacci, a native Italian, makes learning Italian easy and fun. Laura conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of Italy through web-site material, practical dialogues and Italian song and games.

Italian for Beginners Mondays 12-1:30pm

French        begins October 5

Michele Bradley makes learning French easy and fun. Michele conducts class almost entirely in the target language and focuses on development of conversational skills. Students will become acquainted with the culture, music, and food of France.

Fitness & Wellness Classes
Exercise helps control your weight, reduces your risk of heart diseases, helps your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, improves mental health and mood and helps keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age. Designed to get you into tip top shape, our exercise classes, taught by certified instructors, are perfect for any fitness level or ability.

Core Strength & Stability with Daniel

This 30 minute intensive class will incorporate exercises for lengthening, strengthening, and stabilizing the muscles of the abdominals, lower back and obliques.

Vinyasa Power Yoga

This traditional Vinyasa-style Yoga class moves at a faster pace, modeling the one breath per movement format.  Focusing on building strength and endurance, expect to both stretch and break a sweat utilizing plenty of sun salutations.

Monday 6:00pm

Yoga for Mobility

This Vinyasa-style Yoga class moves at a slower pace, allowing more time for static holds and deepening postures.  Some restorative and yin-style yoga poses included.

Tuesdays 9:00am

Circuit Training

Keep your routine fresh and ever-changing with this fun class led by John three           evenings per week!  Move from timed  station to station, performing exercises at your own pace – perfect for all fitness     levels.  Expect cardio circuits, bodyweight movements, trying new things and         exceeding your expectations!

Tuesday and Thursday 5:15pm

T otal Body Conditioning

This aerobics-style class is appropriate for all  fitness levels and includes an ever-changing mix of cardiovascular and full body exercises.  This workout is designed to improve muscle tone, cardiovascular health and mood.

Wednesday 9:00am

Flow & Fly Yoga

So you saw it on the gram and now you want to master it – we get it!  Float, fly, get upside down and backwards with all the fun poses and the strength progressions to build your practice into a work of art.  Particularly fun for teens and those with a more advanced practice.

Smith Family Fieldhouse

League Play The Smith Family Fieldhouse is available for private and semi-private basketball training sessions as well as half-court and Pickleball reservations. Private training sessions will be done through Perseverance Basketball.  You must be 13 or older to reserve the fieldhouse. Anyone under the age of 13 must have a parent/guardian present during reservation. To set up your session, please call 561-410-0556.

Half-court and Pickleball reservations will be done through the Recreation Center at 561-838-5485.

Payment is due at the time of reservation for all fieldhouse activities. Please see below for more information.

 A registration form and COVID-19 Waiver is required of all participants.

Private Training

Private Training: 1 Hour Training Residents: $115/session      Nonresidents: $144/session

Semi-Private Training (2-3 participants):

1 Hour TrainingResidents: $75/person/session         Nonresidents: $94/person/session

All private training MUST be done through Perseverance Basket. Outside trainers are not permitted as per Town Ordinance: Sec. 78-44-Vending. Code 1982, § 10-247

Half-Court Reservations

You may reserve a half-court for a one or two hour block with a maximum of eight players. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed.

Resident $20 +tax    Nonresident $25 +tax

Pickleball Reservations

You may reserve a pickleball court for a one or two hour block pending availability. Singles or doubles play is allowed. Players must bring their own equipment. Payment is due at time of reservation.  Reservations must be made a day in advance to allow for set-up. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance, multiple reservations are allowed.

 Resident $25 +tax   Nonresident $32 +tax
